Fabulash Boutique & Academy are dedicated to delivering high-quality lash education and resources that empower our students to succeed. Please take a moment to read the following policy before enrolling or making a purchase.
Course Refunds
Because our online programs provide instant access to training materials, videos, and proprietary content upon enrolment, all course sales are final once access has been granted. This policy protects the integrity of our curriculum and the years of experience, strategy, and mentorship invested into every lesson. Our in person training comes with a 24 hour cooling off period. No access to any course materials are granted until after this 24 hour cooling off period.
Copyright & Account Misuse
Fabulash Boutique & Academy takes intellectual property seriously. Sharing course materials, redistributing content, or giving others access to your personal login is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access and potential legal action.

Product & Kit Orders
If your purchase includes a kit or physical product, please inspect it as soon as it arrives.
If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@fabulashboutique.com.au so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot replace or refund any items that have been opened, used, or reported outside this timeframe.
